- Rates are good for 3 days before and 3 days after convention.
- Room reservations may be cancelled without charge before 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the penalty is a minimum of one night's room rate plus tax.
- The Radisson is located in the heart of the Branson Theater District between the Andy Williams Moon River and Grand Plaza Theaters.
- Free Parking.
- 6 FREE breakout rooms for individual ship meetings and/or socializing.
- You are allowed to bring in your own snacks (chips, nuts, pretzels, popcorn) and beverages (water, soda, beer/wine)
- In order to get the 6 free breakout rooms, main hospitality, rooms for our general meetings, Governors' meetings, worship service and our memorial service rooms, we guaranteed the hotel a certain number of room nights. Therefore, you must reserve your room before August 24, 2010 so that it is counted against our guaranteed number promised the hotel. Otherwise, we will have to pay for these rooms.
- Also included in our guaranteed room nights is a free wine and cheese reception by the hotel.
